How does the poster printing service work?
It’s easy: click on “Request Poster Now” and fill in the form data for the request.
Fill in the information on the form below to request now the printing and send your poster. Once the form has been sent, you will be redirected to the secure payment page with credit card.
The total amount of printing and shipping is 40 €, taxes included. You just have to send us your file. We will take care of printing it and sending it in due time to the venue of the Conference..
What formats can I use for my poster?
We accept poster submissions in either PowerPoint, PDF or PPTX. The system supports up to 10 MB per file. Please, make sure that you check the correct poster dimensions for your congress
How to set up my poster size?
In PowerPoint select “Design” and then “Page Setup”> select 90 × 120 cm. (portrait)
Where and when do I pick-up my poster?
Posters will be available on-site in the Technical secretariat from the first day of the conference.
How do I know if the request was successful?
At the end of the payment with credit card in secure banking platform will receive the agreement of the operation as well as the invoice.
How do I make the payment?
Payment is made by credit card through the secure Redsys platform of Caixabank.
Where and when will I receive my poster?
You will receive it at the Congress venue. When you place the order you fill in a form that specifies the details of the person who is going to pick up the poster at the congress venue when registering the first day. It will be delivered in a labeled holster.
At what time should I send my poster?
We accept documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Will I receive an invoice for my poster?
When sending your poster and pay via our secure payment platform, you will automatically be sent an invoice by e-mail. On the poster submission form, you should take care to fill in the invoice details properly.
Can I send a poster by email?
We only accept the posters submission through our website. Should you have any problem during the process, please contact us by email at email@example.com. Timetable is from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
